MID-STATE HEATING & COOLING

Today was extremely hot and I called Midstate to fix my AC. They sent a technician over right away and he was extremely professional, friendly and clean! He got my AC working and saved me and my family from suffering in the heat!!

Mid-State installed my Generac Home Generator June 12 2019. They were very professional and timely in their installation.Jack was the Sales rep. who was very knowledgeable about the product and procedure.

One of the best companies I've used in a while. These guys are great but most importantly they very efficient and reliable in the work they preform, 10/10 must recommend.

Mid state heating and cooling always do a great job. They installed our AC three years ago and it has worked beautifully. Called for maintenance - they confirmed and showed on time. Jamie the technician was so knowledgeable and patient- and answered all our questions and then some. Very positive experiences!

Mid State intalled an air conditioner and air handler for me during covid. I was not able to close the permit with the town for 2 years following covid. Once I was able to get it inspected, It failed inspection for something minor. Mid state responded out within 3 days and corrected the issue.

Mid-State replaced the two-zone heat/AC in my house with high efficiency Trane units. I was very happy with their work, professionalism, and price. They hooked up nest thermostats and showed me how to used them and also walked me through the state rebate process to get thousands of dollars back for installing high efficiency units. I'm excited to see how much my utility bills drop now. I couldn't be happier, highly recommended!!

I had Mid-State install a Generac standby generator. It was the most professional job done in my house in the 22 years I have lived here. They came at the promised time, finished on time and when they left, my house looked as if no one was ever here. I cannot recommend them high enough

Jack came right out the next day after we called and met with my family to replace our entire HVAC system he was extremely nice and didn't push us into buying anything we didn't want. We had no working heat so he had his guys show up the very next morning before 9 am!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My furnace stopped working in the middle of a 30 degree night - I called Midstate around 2am, not expecting anyone to answer, but to my surprise, I actually spoke to a live representative who took the time to listen & understand my problem.

They installed a new furnace and water heater during the recent cold weather. I checked the price against 2 other people quickly as the temperature was dropping! They appeared in line with other reputable companies. The furnace was all that had actually stopped working, but they noticed some water drops on the bottom of the water heater and it was 15 years old so I was reactive on the furnace and proactive on the water heater.

We have used Mid-State multiple times for various reasons. Each time their service has been nothing short of amazing. Their techs were prompt courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable. They quickly resolved issues pertaining to both gas furnaces and heat pumps. I can't recommend them enough. A++ service!! And also at a fair price.

Mid state replaced my entire heating and cooling system at my house back in January 2015. They also replaced my water heater. The crew was very courteous and polite, I could not say that much about their manager Blake?!, but the worker were great people. The office lady Rhonda was fantastic with us. The Owner Bryan is a good men and wants the best for his customer. We did hit a speed bump at the beginning withe the manager, but after a visit from the owner Bryan, it was fixed immediately as his concern was the comfort of his customer. Overall good experience, I do recommend them.

Highly recommend Mid-State above any other Heating & Cooling Service I have used in the past. They are extremely responsive, all of their employees are professional from the office workers to the people who come and actually do the work in your home, and they are very thorough in their work. Additionally, when compared to other companies, I found their prices to reasonable and fair and the product that they use to be top of line.

In the process we became aware of The New Jersey Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program that offered significant rebates and favorable loan terms for home energy projects that met their criteria. Their website also listed certified and participating contractors that were qualified to do the actual work. We called and met with several of these contractors and chose Mid-State to conduct the project.

Mid-State performed a heating job for me and I would highly recommend them! One of the most impressive things about my experience is that my home was treated with respect. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The price point was fair and the customer service was excellent.

This service call was for the yearly AC maintenance as part of the contract. I have been quite pleased over two years of working with this maintenance arrangement, since I moved to a new residence. The tech was Jamie Patterson who continued with his usual professional, helpful, and friendly behavior.
